In consideration of the services to be performed by Canterbury Technical Academy, I agree to the following terms/conditions: • I agree to pay Canterbury Academy the tuition due, even if no credits are earned. • I agree that the student will take all tests at Canterbury, under approved supervision. • I agree that OdysseyWare will not be used from home during regular school hours. • I agree that all textbooks/workbooks issued are the sole property of Canterbury Technical Academy. I understand that if textbooks/workbooks are not returned in good condition I will be charged a book fee, with a minimum of $25, and not to exceed $250.00 per book. • I agree that credits for courses will not be issued nor transcripts released until all monies owed to Canterbury Technical Academy are paid. • I agree that if my tuition is not paid my account will be referred to collections, and I will be responsible for any collection/attorney’s fees assessed. • I agree that students are expected to attend class on a regular basis. Students who are working at home on the computer must attend school at least once per week to test. • Students are to wear their school uniforms to classes at Canterbury Technical Academy I certify I have read, understand, and will adhere to the requirements and conditions of the enrollment contract and acknowledge receipt of the same.
